workaround didnt help me. Still the same handshake message. No of players in eve-offline frezed at 22,850 since 15 mins. Ey, wife, wake up. We have time for sex and breakfast.

12. EVE Launcher bugged out, can't login - in Issues, Workarounds & Localization [original thread]
Same here. The launcher on Windows and also the Beta Launcher on Mac is working extremly slow. Needs up to 8 minutes until the Login is accepted and the PLAY button comes up.

Hi CCP Snorlax , doing Refresh from the View menu didnt work, but after restarting the launcher it downloads 2 files - approx 20 MByte - and now it works on my MacBook pro. Can we help testing any other parts of this client?
